I acknowledge that South Pacific Seeds (SPS), trading as Seed Innovations, reserves the right to reject any seed supplied for processing where the seed does not meet SPS’s minimum standards. Where SPS agrees to proceed with processing seed despite the seed not meeting minimum standards, I understand that SPS is not liable for the results.

Where the seed supplied (either by SPS or by the Customer) has been previously treated, I understand that SPS cannot be held liable for the outcome of further seed treatment.

I understand the chemical treatment I have requested is an off label use of the stated chemical meaning that the chemical has not been registered with the Environmental Protection Agency for this purpose, I acknowledge that SPS is not liable in the event that the resultant maximum residue level of the crop exceeds the New Zealand (Maximum Residue Limits of Agricultural Compounds) Food Standards and amendments or any other applicable legislation or regulations.

By placing this order I accept the Terms and Conditions of SPS in their entirety.
